Arun completed his undergraduate dental qualification with several prizes in 1984. He obtained the Fellowship in Dental Surgery from both the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh & England in 1989. To pursue a career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Arun qualified as a doctor 1996 from the University of Sheffield with distinction in the Final MBChB examination. After a period of two years and a basic general surgical training he was successful in the Fellowship Examination of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1998.
Arun completed his higher specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and was admitted to the GMC Specialist List in October 2003. He was appointed as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Milton Keynes General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in May 2004. Arun has an NHS practice incorporating all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His specialist interests are in the surgical treatment of facial/jaw disproportion, salivary gland disease and skin lesions.

Since August 2004, Arun has been running his own successful private practice, covering all aspects of Oral and Facial Cosmetic Surgery.  Arun receives referrals from general dental practitioners, general medical practitioners and fellow consultant colleagues as well as patients who have self referred for a second opinion and treatment.

Arun is a recognised provider for all major private medical insurance companies including BUPA, AXAPPP, Aviva, Standard Life and WPA. His current private practice outpatient clinics and admission privileges are based at The BMI Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, The Cobham Clinic at Luton & Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Spire Hospital in Harpenden and the Ramsay Woodland Hospital in Kettering.

His special interests include:

• Dental implants
• Facial rejuvenation with the use of botulinum toxin, facial fillers, and medical cosmetic lasers
• Hair removal with lasers
• All Facial cosmetic surgical procedures, including jaw surgery
• Oral surgery
• Skin surgery excision and reconstruction of facial lesions
• Salivary gland disease and surgery
• Teaching and training

Arun regularly attends and presents at meetings both at home and abroad not only in Oral and Facial Surgery but also in Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, Dermatological Surgery and Dental Implantology. He has been involved in innovative work with Orthodontic Implants and Distraction Osteogenesis. In the last five years Arun has attended courses and visited cosmetic clinics in Europe, North and South America to research and bring the very best in cosmetic practice to Enhance Aesthetics.

Outside work, he is actively involved in fund raising for the charity Let’s Face It - a self help group for people with facial disfigurement. He is also involved locally as the Chairman of the Milton Keynes Section of the British Dental Association and a parent governor of Thornborough Infant School. Cosmetic Dentist

Navah qualified as a Dental Surgeon from Leeds University in 1996. After further post graduate training Navah entered full time general practice in 1998 as an associate in dental practices in Nottingham and Derby and worked for a total of 6 years in the area.

During this time Navah developed an interest in dental implants and cosmetic dentistry which she has actively pursued since. After moving to Buckinghamshire she obtained her postgraduate qualification Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2005. Navah became the principal practitioner at The University Dental Practice, Cranfield University in 2007.

Navah’s areas of  special interest include:

• Implant assessment
• Restorative treatment for implant patients (crown and bridge work) working jointly with Arun
• Treatment of anxious patients under sedation

Navah is a Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a Full Member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Lesley has over 25 years experience in the health care sector both here and abroad. She is the first port of call for all enquiries at Enhance Aesthetics and helps patients with their queries and facilitates the co-ordination of their consultations, treatments and after care.

Michelle is a registered dental nurse who has many years of experience in the field and is responsible for running the surgical suite and treatment rooms.
